Yes, we welcome family members or aides to ride along.
Yes, we absolutely do! If the travel time is more than 12 hours, we provide two drivers for additional assistance.
Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash, or Check. We will provide a receipt via email or text.
Yes, of course! However, if you need a wheelchair, we provide one at no extra cost.
We prefer at least 24-48 hours notice, but we can accommodate same-day requests most of the time too! Give us a call and ask!
Our hydraulic wheelchair lift can support up to 650 pounds. Please let us know this information at the time of requesting a quote or scheduling transport.
Currently, we provide transport service on Long Island in Suffolk and Nassau Counties.
As of now, we are only scheduling private pay transportation.
No, we do not provide stretcher service at this time.
Yes, we can absolutely have the driver wait for you; however, there is an additional cost. Please call for more information.
